Tell us what's wrong
Pick the service, then your name and number. Add a photo of the model sticker if you can.
Request a 4-hour window
8am–12pm, 10am–2pm, 12–4pm or 2–6pm, Mon–Fri, up to 10 days ahead. Our dispatcher confirms it, or offers another time that fits the technician's route.
Diagnosis and a price
Your tech finds the cause and quotes the repair before starting. The diagnostic is paid at the end of the visit.

Common parts ride on the truck, and a sticker photo helps us bring the ones your model needs.
Dryer vents, cleaned from both ends
Most lint doesn't sit behind the dryer. It packs the middle of the run and the outside cap, often up on the roof. We clean from both sides so air moves the way it should.

- From the dryer: pull it out, clean the hose and the vent opening
- From outside: the wall cap or the roof, wherever your vent exits

Questions we hear a lot
How much does an appliance repair cost?
The diagnostic visit is $95 for most appliances and $110 for refrigerators, which take extra time and sometimes single-use tools. Your technician finds the problem and quotes the repair before any work starts. You pay the diagnostic at the end of the visit. Approve the repair and pay the deposit by the end of that day, and the diagnostic is credited toward it.
How much is dryer vent cleaning?
$250. Seniors and military members get 10% off.
What are your arrival windows?
Every visit gets a 4-hour arrival window: 8am–12pm, 10am–2pm, 12–4pm or 2–6pm, Monday through Friday. You can request one up to 10 days ahead when you book.
Is the window I pick guaranteed?
No. The window you pick is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Whether we can book it depends on the technician's route that day, which may or may not fit your time and address. Either way, our dispatcher will reach out to confirm your appointment or offer other available times and dates.
Can you come today?
Often. The booking form shows the next open window, including today when there's room. Today's windows close an hour before they start. Like every window, it's a request our dispatcher confirms.
Do you work weekends?
Diagnostic visits are weekdays only. Once your appliance is diagnosed, a follow-up repair can sometimes be scheduled on a weekend, depending on availability.
Why do you ask for a photo of the model sticker?
The sticker has the exact model and serial number. With it, we can check your model before the visit and are more likely to bring parts it commonly needs, so more repairs finish on the first trip. We can't promise every part will be on the truck.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs come with our warranty on parts and workmanship.

We don't service portable dishwashers or countertop (tabletop) microwaves. We do service built-in and drawer dishwashers, and over-the-range, built-in and drawer microwaves.
